1. Install the app

1. Open Volumo on the Shopify App Store and click Install.
2. Approve the permissions. Volumo opens inside your Shopify admin.

2. Create your first deal

1. In Volumo, go to Deals and click Create deal.
2. Give the deal a name. Shoppers don't see it.
3. Add 2 to 5 tiers: the quantity, the discount (percentage or fixed amount) and an optional label and badge.
4. Choose which tier is selected by default. Pre-selecting tier 2 usually raises the average order.
5. Under Applies to, choose all products, specific collections or specific products. Add exclusions if needed.
6. Set the status to Active and save.

3. Add the block to your product page

1. On the Volumo home page, click Enable next to the app block. The theme editor opens on a product page.
2. Place the Volumo block where you want the offers, usually above the Add to cart button.
3. Click Save in the theme editor.
4. Back in Volumo, click Check status to confirm the block is live.

4. Customize the look

• In the deal editor you can change the heading and the accent color. The live preview updates as you type.
• In the theme editor, the block settings let you show or hide the original price and change the savings text.
• Under Settings in Volumo, choose what appears under the offers: nothing (your theme's buttons), Add to cart, or Buy now. A block can override this for one template.

Several deals on one product

• A product only shows one deal. If several active deals match, the one with the highest priority wins.

Troubleshooting

• Offers don't show: check that the deal is Active, that it applies to this product, and that the Volumo block is added and saved in the theme you are previewing.
• Discount doesn't apply at checkout: open Volumo's home page. If it reports a sync problem, click Retry. Make sure the “Volumo quantity breaks” discount is active under Discounts in your Shopify admin.

FAQ

Does Volumo slow down my store?

No noticeable impact. The offers are rendered by your theme from data Shopify already has, so the page doesn't wait for our servers. The small script only updates prices and the quantity when shoppers pick a tier.

Does it work with my theme?

Volumo is a theme app block, so it works with any Online Store 2.0 theme, including Dawn and other free Shopify themes. You add it in the theme editor without touching code.

Do shoppers need a discount code?

No. The discount is an automatic discount created by Volumo. It applies in the cart and at checkout as soon as the quantity matches a tier.

Can it combine with my other discounts?

Volumo's discount combines with order discounts (such as a 10% off code for the whole order) and free shipping discounts. It doesn't stack with other product discounts on the same item. Shopify applies the best one for the shopper.

Do variants count toward the quantity?

Yes. Different variants of the same product (for example different colors or sizes) count together toward the tier.

What happens if I uninstall?

The Volumo discount and the block stop working right away and your store goes back to normal prices. Your Volumo data is deleted 48 hours after uninstall, as Shopify requires.
